Embracing Innovative Technology for a Secure Future
Inherent Flame Retardant Properties
3H uses inherently flame-retardant fibres such as meso-aramids, FR viscose and modified acrylics in weft-elastic fabrics to ensure that they retain their flame-retardant properties after more than 100 washes, providing long-lasting and consistent safety and protection.
Excellent elasticity and comfort
3H weft-elastic flame retardant fabrics combine high-performance elastic fibres with flame retardant materials to ensure high protection performance, as well as excellent elasticity and softness. Whether used for workwear, trousers or everyday protective clothing, it provides a comfortable fit and good freedom of movement.
Versatile options
We offer a wide range of lightweight weft-elastic fabrics from 150g/m² to heavyweight protective fabrics of 500g/m² for all types of industrial, petrochemical, welding and power industry protection. Fabric combinations include aramid, modified acrylic, FR viscose, cotton, nylon, etc. to meet the needs for both protection and comfort in different environments.
Superior Arc Protection
3H weft stretch fabrics contain a high proportion of para-aramid fibres, which provide reliable protection against electric arcs due to their excellent heat and flame resistance. The high ATPV value, even in the stretch design, ensures safety in hazardous environments.
Abrasion and Pilling Resistance
The weft-stretch fabric is treated with a special process that significantly improves abrasion resistance and anti-pilling properties, keeping the surface smooth and delicate even after intensive use and multiple washes, prolonging the service life of the garment.
Convenient Care
3H weft elastic fabric supports home washing at 60°C, has low shrinkage and not easy to deform, and is suitable for tumble drying, ensuring that the fabrics will remain fresh and new for a long period of time.
Excellent price/performance ratio
3H is committed to providing cost-effective weft-elastic flame retardant fabrics that combine European quality with Asian price advantages, providing customers with comfortable, safe and durable protection solutions to meet the diversified needs of various industries.

Employees
In hazardous operations requiring high-intensity movement, such as oil drilling and power maintenance, traditional flame-retardant fabrics often lack elasticity, restricting movement and potentially causing safety hazards. FR (Flame Retardant) weft-stretch fabric utilizes a unique weft-stretch weaving technology to achieve directional stretch while maintaining stringent flame-retardant properties. This redefines the symbiotic relationship between "safety" and "flexibility," making it an ideal protective solution for dynamic work scenarios.
The core innovation of this fabric lies in its three-dimensional protective structure: the warp yarns utilize high-strength flame-retardant fibers (such as aramid 1414 or flame-retardant viscose) to form a base protective network, while the weft yarns are blended with elastic fibers (such as Lycra or PTT memory fibers) to create unidirectional elastic channels. When subjected to lateral tension, the elastic fibers can stretch up to 1.5 times their original length without damaging the flame-retardant structure, resulting in a rebound rate exceeding 90%. Its flame-retardant mechanism is intelligently adaptive: when static, the tightly woven fibers achieve a char length of ≤150mm, as required by the EN ISO 11612 standard. When the fabric is stretched by human movement, the flame-retardant microcapsules formed through a special finishing process automatically adjust their distribution density as the interfiber gaps change, ensuring stable protection under dynamic conditions.
FR weft-stretch fabrics are reshaping work practices across multiple industries. Explosion-proof workwear on offshore oil platforms using this material reduces movement resistance by 40% when climbing derricks. Welding uniforms in the automotive industry utilize the weft-stretch properties to allow operators to bend and turn more freely, reducing fatigue-related errors caused by clothing restriction. An even more groundbreaking application is in aviation ground operations, where ground crews frequently need to look up to inspect the underside of aircraft. Coveralls made from weft-stretch fabric achieve compression-free neck stretch while meeting the flame-retardant requirements of aviation fuel environments. In special operations, derivatives have even developed temperature-responsive elasticity, automatically contracting to enhance wind resistance in low temperatures and expanding ventilation channels in high temperatures.
3H.Safety.Technology manufactures flame-retardant functional fabrics for a wide range of applications, including those in the petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, gas, power, coal, steel, metallurgy, and machining industries.
