Aramid/FR Viscose/Spandex/As FR Weft-Stretch Fabric is a high-performance flame retardant weft stretch fabric. It combines the advantages of multiple fibers to provide protection and comfort to hazardous environment operators who require flexibility in motion.


3H uses inherently flame-retardant fibres such as meso-aramids, FR viscose and modified acrylics in weft-elastic fabrics to ensure that they retain their flame-retardant properties after more than 100 washes, providing long-lasting and consistent safety and protection.

3H weft-elastic flame retardant fabrics combine high-performance elastic fibres with flame retardant materials to ensure high protection performance, as well as excellent elasticity and softness. We offer a wide range of lightweight weft-elastic fabrics from 150g/m² to heavyweight protective fabrics of 500g/m² for all types of industrial, petrochemical, welding and power industry protection. Fabric combinations include aramid, modified acrylic, FR viscose, cotton, nylon, etc. to meet the needs for both protection and comfort in different environments.

Superior Arc Protection
3H weft stretch fabrics contain a high proportion of para-aramid fibres, which provide reliable protection against electric arcs due to their excellent heat and flame resistance. The high ATPV value, even in the stretch design, ensures safety in hazardous environments.

Abrasion and Pilling Resistance
The weft-stretch fabric is treated with a special process that significantly improves abrasion resistance and anti-pilling properties, keeping the surface smooth and delicate even after intensive use and multiple washes, prolonging the service life of the garment.

Convenient Care
3H weft elastic fabric supports home washing at 60°C, has low shrinkage and not easy to deform, and is suitable for tumble drying, ensuring that the fabrics will remain fresh and new for a long period of time.

Function and use
Aramid/FR Viscose/Spandex/As FR Weft-Stretch Fabric is a composite functional fabric designed for safety protection needs in high temperature and high-risk environments. It is widely used in firefighting clothing, industrial protective clothing, military and police equipment, power operation clothing and other fields. It has excellent flame retardancy, elastic comfort and durability, providing users with all-round safety protection and flexible movement experience.

Working principle
Aramid fiber: As a core flame retardant material, aramid has extremely high thermal stability (decomposition temperature>500℃). When it encounters fire, it forms a carbonized layer to isolate heat and prevent the spread of flames.
Flame retardant viscose: Viscose fiber is given permanent flame retardancy through chemical modification. When burning, it releases inert gas to dilute oxygen, while reducing molten droplets to avoid secondary damage.
Spandex: Provides high elasticity (stretching rate ≥ 30%), ensuring that the clothing fits the body without affecting the freedom of movement, and improving wearing comfort.
Composite structure: Combines the advantages of multiple fibers through the warp and weft interweaving process, and balances the flame retardant performance and elasticity in a two-way manner to achieve the integration of "protection + comfort".
