Modacrylic/Polyester/Cellulose/Super Fiber/Anti-static FR Hi-Vis Fabric is a high-performance flame-retardant, high-visibility fabric that combines the advantages of multiple fibers. It is designed for workers who must work in low-visibility environments and face hazards such as fire, arc flashes, or static electricity.

This fabric is a blend of the following core fibers:

Modacrylic: This is the fabric's core flame-retardant component. Modacrylic inherently exhibits excellent flame-retardant properties and will not melt or drip. Its flame-retardant properties are permanent and will not wear off with washing.

Polyester: Provides strength and abrasion resistance, helping to maintain shape and resist wrinkling. Polyester is also an ideal carrier for high-visibility fluorescent dyes, ensuring vibrant, long-lasting colors.

Cellulose: Refers to cotton or viscose fibers. Its addition significantly improves the fabric's breathability, moisture absorption, and softness, making it comfortable to wear.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber (Super Fiber): Offers exceptional strength and cut resistance. It enhances fabrics' tear and abrasion resistance, improving garment durability.

Anti-static fiber: Tiny conductive fibers effectively dissipate static charge, preventing sparks caused by static buildup – crucial in flammable and explosive environments.

3H high visibility flame retardant fabrics are made of bright reflective materials and fluorescent dyes in accordance with EN ISO 20471 and ANSI/ISEA 107 standards, which maintain excellent visibility in low light, hazy or nighttime environments, significantly enhancing the safety of workers in complex environments.

The fabric has been treated with a special process that not only resists pilling and abrasion but also has good stain resistance to keep colors bright and fabrics intact even after prolonged use in harsh environments.

Working principle
Modified acrylic fiber: It is given permanent flame retardancy through chemical modification, and forms a carbonized layer when it encounters fire to prevent the spread of flames.
