PFA-DL2 Twill/Ripstop Electric Arc Protection FR Fabric is a high-performance protective fabric designed for high-risk electrical work environments. It provides arc protection and flame retardancy.

Product Advantages:

Arc Protection: Specifically designed and tested to meet standards, it effectively protects against the high temperatures, shock waves, and molten metal splashes generated by instantaneous, high-intensity arc flashes, minimizing or preventing serious burns to workers.

Flame Retardancy: Utilizing inherently flame-retardant fibers such as meso-aramid, flame-retardant viscose, and modified acrylic, the fabric maintains its excellent flame retardancy even after 100 washes, providing long-lasting, stable protection.

Multiple Protective Fiber Combination:
A carefully proportioned blend of high-performance fibers such as modacrylic, cotton, aramid, and nylon maximizes the advantages of each fiber:
Modacrylic/aramid: Provides excellent flame retardancy, heat resistance, and anti-drip properties. Cotton: Improves wearing comfort and moisture absorption.
Nylon: Enhances fabric strength, abrasion resistance, and toughness.

Antistatic: Special antistatic treatment effectively dissipates static electricity, preventing sparks caused by static buildup.

Twill/Ripstop Electric Arc Protection Flame Retardant Fabric is a high-performance protective material designed for high-risk working environments in the power industry. It has three core protective functions: flame retardant, arc protection, and tear resistance. It is suitable for power maintenance, petrochemical operations, metallurgical industry and other scenarios, providing all-round safety protection for practitioners with high temperature resistance, explosion resistance, and mechanical damage resistance.

Innovative protection principle:
Twill reinforcement structure
Using 45° twill weaving process to improve the multi-directional tear resistance of the fabric (tear strength ≥ 800N)
High-density yarns are interwoven to form a stable structure to prevent fiber droplets under high temperature of the arc

Composite flame retardant system
Outer layer: modified acrylic fiber/aramid blend, carbonized in fire to form a heat insulation barrier (LOI ≥ 32)
Middle layer: ultra-fine glass fiber + aluminum foil reflective layer, blocking arc heat radiation (ATPV ≥ 12cal/cm²)
Inner layer: flame-retardant viscose/cotton blend, moisture-absorbing and breathable and non-combustible
