PFA-D22 Twill Electric Arc Protection FR fabric provides reliable protection against electric arcs, flame retardancy, and antistatic discharge (ESD), making it suitable for high-risk operations in industries such as power generation, petrochemicals, and metallurgy. Made from a strategically formulated blend of modacrylic, aramid, polyimide (PI), and permanent antistatic fiber, the fabric forms a strong protective barrier against extreme heat and arc flashes, ensuring wearer safety.

Twill Electric Arc Protection FR fabric is a multifunctional protective material specially developed for high-risk operations in the power industry. It integrates arc protection, flame retardancy, wear resistance and tear resistance, and provides all-round protection against high temperature, explosion and mechanical damage for power workers, petrochemical operators, etc. It is suitable for high-voltage live operations, substation maintenance, arc welding operations and other scenarios, significantly reducing the risk of injury from arc flash accidents.

Twill reinforced structure design
Using 45° twill weaving process to improve the tear resistance of fabrics (tear strength ≥ 900N)
High-density yarns are interwoven to form a stable structure to prevent fiber melting and dripping under high temperature of arc

Composite flame retardant arc protection system
Outer layer: modified acrylic fiber/aramid blend, which quickly carbonizes when exposed to fire to form a thermal insulation barrier (LOI ≥ 34)
Middle layer: ultra-fine glass fiber + aluminum foil reflective layer, blocking arc heat radiation (ATPV ≥ 15cal/cm²)
Inner layer: flame retardant viscose/cotton blend, moisture-absorbing and breathable and non-combustible
